APPLICATION
At ANKIT ENTERPRISES, BOPP and BOPET films are extensively used in flexible packaging to offer superior product appeal, protection, and extended shelf life. These films are commonly used in single or multilayer packaging structures, such as pouches and bags, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
ANKIT ENTERPRISES offers BOPP tape films, which are widely used for self-adhesive tape applications. Flame treatment is often applied to these films to ensure the surface treatment lasts longer. Our textile BOPP films are ideal for packaging garments such as shirts, sarees, and more. These films are typically transparent and are selectively printed for specific applications. For packaging bulky items like blankets, high seal strength is essential. Both tape and textile films are generally treated on one side for optimal performance.
ANKIT ENTERPRISES provides polyester films ideal for lidding applications, commonly used on the top of plastic containers. These films offer excellent peelability while maintaining very high seal integrity. To enhance peelability, the polyester films are coated with lacquer. Our polyester films for lidding are also isotropic, ensuring consistent performance. Common applications include packaging for water, yogurt, and other similar products.
ANKIT ENTERPRISES offers BOPP films designed to protect media such as paper and cardboard. These films are treated on both sides and come in glossy and matte finishes. One side is reverse printed and then laminated to the media for added durability. This type of application is commonly used for book covers, menu cards, posters, and calendars.
ANKIT ENTERPRISES offers thin polyester films, widely used in industrial applications as an insulation medium. Common uses include cable overwraps, wires, transformers, membrane touch switches, and flexible printed circuit boards.
For motor applications, we provide thick polyester films (over 50 microns), which are used for ground and phase insulation. These films are also available in milky white and hazy variants, catering to specific needs for insulation and protection.
